Kiran Kundargi, founder, CEO and CTO

Kiran brings over 25 years of software technology and management experience to Apsora. He spent majority of his career at Intel Corporation where his responsibilities included the management, development and release of a number of software products for leading edge processors such as 8086, 80x86, i860 and the Pentium. As part of Intel's software research lab, Kiran was responsible for building relationships with, and the co-development of leading edge distributed network projects with Cornell University and Carnegie Mellon University. Prior to Apsora, he founded a CD-based multimedia content delivery company.

Since 2000, Kiran has successfully built, from ground up, Apsora's two organization teams in US and in India. He is the chief architect and primary developer of Apsora's technology, Gladius. Under his leadership and management, Apsora has developed and delivered multiple custom solutions using Apsora technology. Kiran has also successfully pursued strategic partnerships with IBM and HP to enable Apsora's products on IBM's Power5 and HP-Itanium servers.

Kiran is technical advisor to iMedX corporation, provider of a industry leading practice management service. He has also provided guidance to a web based password management service, PasswordPleez.com, for the small office/home office (SOHO) segment. While at home, he is also the designated dishwasher (--:)) for his wife's award winning community television show "Indian Vegetarian Gourmet".

Kiran has a BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science in India and has an M.S. in Systems Software from Case Western Reserve University.

Richard Navarro, Vice President, Customer Experience

Richard is responsible for Apsora's Internet presence and a number of operational areas including support, information development, and technical services. He has over 20 years of experience in a number of high tech companies including, CSS Inc., Intel, and Microtec Research. His experience includes technical and customer support, manufacturing, system administration, documentation, ISO 9000, release management, and international services.

Richard has a B.A. from the University of Houston and an M.S. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Richard is responsible for all aspects of Nclaves' software engineering. He has 25+ years of industry experience. He co-founded REDMedic Inc where he was responsible for overall design and all software development. Prior to REDMedic, he was Senior Vice President for Reliable Network Solutions and Director of Engineering for Digital Generation Systems. He has BS (EE) from University of California, Berkeley and MS (EE/CS) from Stanford University.

Apsora's co-founder, Venkat Sharma, has had extensive experience in the Information services industry. During the past 20 years, he has founded three companies, been through capital formation, M&A, and the IPO process and has built organizations and grown revenues. Most recently, Venkat was the founder of Acorn Information Services, Inc., which he ran for six years prior to selling it to Digital Lighthouse - now a public company.

Venkat is now CEO of iMedX Corporation, a leading supplier of practice management software using the next generation Internet.

Venkat graduated with a B.S. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science in India and has an M.S. in Management from Clemson University.
